What is DONNA® ? DONNA® Fertility Tester is a small microscope that is incredibly easy to use. It allows a woman to examine her own saliva samples in order to identify and take advantage of the beginning, middle and end of her ovulation period.

EASY TO USE:
1. Remove cover.
2. Pull out eyepiece.
3. Clean slide with only a cotton swab and alcohol.
4. Place a generous sample of saliva on the slide.
5. Insert eyepiece and let sample dry for 10-15 minutes.
6. Put eyepiece to your eye, push the white button on the base of the microscope.
7. Focus by turning.
LOOKING INTO EYEPIECE:
Only shapeless, dotted structures non-ovulating can be seen.
As you approach ovulation, look for short 1/4" hair-like structures in the yellow field. At this point you know you will be ovulating within 2-3 days.
When you are ovulating, the patterns resemble a crystallized "Ferning" (snowflakes, frost on window paine.)*
